Glimcher Group, a leader in the development of commercial realty, is currently seeking commercial acquisition opportunities that meet the following search criteria:

Geographic Preferences - Glimcher Group's primary focus is East of the Mississippi River. Depending on opportunities, we are also looking to acquire single properties and portfolios throughout the continental United States.

Transaction Size - We are seeking to acquire properties ranging from 75,000 to 600,000 square feet.

Targeted Opportunities - Glimcher Group is interested in the acquisition of grocery-anchored strip shopping centers and community centers. We are also interested in community and regional shopping centers that are anchored by regional and national tenants.

Deal Type - Glimcher Group is looking to acquire value-added opportunities. We are interested in single properties and portfolios. In addition, we will acquire stabilized shopping center properties.
