Streets of Cranberry and Cranberry Square are 100% Leased

Glimcher Brokerage is pleased to announce that both the Streets of Cranberry and Cranberry Square located in Cranberry Township are now 100% leased.

Streets of Cranberry

Two new retailers, Original DiCarlo’s Pizza and UPS Store have joined the Streets of Cranberry. This is Dicarlo’s first Greater Pittsburgh area location. The UPS Store on the other hand has relocated to the Streets of Cranberry from just down the street. They have been in business in the Cranberry area for over 12 years. Both tenants are very happy to be a part of the shopping center.

Cranberry Square

Fast-growing, extreme-value retailer Five Below will enter the Greater Pittsburgh market with a new location at Cranberry Square. This trendy retailer, which markets its products primarily to teens, will occupy 8,600 square feet alongside Best Buy and The Planet Pulse. This store will be one of a handful that Five Below will be opening in the Pittsburgh area over the next several months.

“Five Below was the perfect tenant to finalize the leasing of this project.  We had approached them about the project in 2008; however they were not ready to expand into Pittsburgh.  We were happy to still have a space available that would work for them when they called us back this year and were ready to open stores here.  They will surely fill a void in the Cranberry market and we look forward to seeing more Five Below stores open around town.” – Craig Polard

Other retailers at Cranberry Square include Walmart Supercenter, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Toys “R” Us, Office Max and Barnes & Noble.
