Lincoln Knolls Praised by Youngstown Business Journal

Youngstown, OH - Lincoln Knolls Plaza is featured in the Mid-October issue of the Business Journal. The article, which chronicles the differences between a thriving Lincoln Knolls Plaza and other area shopping centers, points to recent renovations as a main reason for the success.

Also mentioned in the Business Journal's article, Little Ceasar's will soon open a new location at Lincoln Knolls Plaza. The 3,000 square foot eatery will join IGA Supermarket, Family Dollar, Citi Trends, Titan Sports, and Dollar General as the shopping center continues to add to its diverse tenant mix.

The plaza has limited availability as only 4,500 square feet of in-line space is currently vacant. In addition to the in-line spaces, there are several outparcels available for ground lease in the shopping center.
