Glimcher Brokerage Retained by PREIT to Lease Pittsburgh Area Malls

Glimcher Brokerage has been hired by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust to lease both Uniontown Mall and Washington Crown Center.

Uniontown Mall

Uniontown Mall, located in Uniontown, PA, consists of 698,000 square feet of retail and office space and is anchored by JC Penney, Sears, The Bon-Ton, Burlington Coat Factory and Carmike Cinemas. The mall is the only enclosed regional mall within a 35-mile radius of Uniontown and attracts more than 2.5 million people annually.  

Washington Crown Center

Located in Washington, PA, Washington Crown Center consists of 676,000 square feet of retail and office space and is anchored by Macy's, Sears, The Bon-Ton, Gander Mountain and Hollywood Theatre. The mall is Washington County's only enclosed regional mall and is visited annually by more than 3 million people.
